First day photo diary of a week long discovering bits of the capital of Sichuan Province in Southwest China somewhere in March. I wasn't necessarily excited about this trip in the first place because the plan initially was to visit Jiuzhaigou for the famous valley, which might be the only reason why I wanted to tag along. But due to some unforeseen event we couldn't manage to go there..Pretty upsetting though, however we decided to hang around Chengdu this time round. Even the name sounds weird to me. But then wherever it is, it's always good to entertain and have some quality time with the family after quite a while not being able to do so!
